Vail-100D 10 x 10 ft. Single-Sided Graphic Package. Vail-100D is a double-sided Resort Extrusion with a 100mm wide profile. This extrusion has a solid outside finish. Because the profile width is so thick, VAIL-100D is especially good for free-standing large images (tall or wide) because it is more stable than the skinnier profile widths; however, it can be wall mounted or hung overhead. When installing the fabric graphic, the keter can fit 12mm deep and 3mm wide into the keter trough.

Print Process: Full Color Dye Sublimation
Hardware Setup: To make one edge of the frame, take two cut VAIL-100D extrusions and, between, add Split Connector; tighten. Repeat this three times. Take two completed 10' edges and slide in Corner Connector; tighten. Repeat this three times. Connect VAIL-40C to the other; tighten. Vertically insert ends of completed VAIL-40C into top and bottom of the frame; tighten.
Upgrade to Replace: VAIL Toolless Corner Connector and VAIL Toolless Split Connector.
Graphic Installation: Transversely, push corners of graphic into the frame s recessed groove. Then, starting midway on the frame going toward the corners, continue pushing in the straight edges of the graphic on all four sides.
