  1. Prior to accepting orders on WSDisplay, we require all customers to submit one of the following documents, which identify your business as a reseller in the sign, graphics, or advertising industries.


  2. Please fax the appropriate resale identification to 760-444-1112.
  3. Create new account online at WSDisplay.com. We'll send a approval email to you.

Choose Product(s)

  1. Click product category or type the name of the product you wish to view into the search bar.
  2. Next, click sub-product category.
  3. Use the search tools on left side to quickly narrow down which product you are looking for.
    • Order Detail Frame Only, Graphic Only, or Graphic Package
    • Color (where applicable)
    • Features (clicking more than one feature will populate more items, not less)
    • Material (where applicable)
    • Height Adjustment Bar Click and hold mouse over first circle and drag to desired height. Grab onto second circle to narrow down height even more. Nearest height size we carry will appear.
    • For any Accessories & Parts pages, it is recommended to choose a brand item under Brands at the top of the left-hand column search tool for narrowest searches.
  4. From product page, enter quantity and select: rush, ship-from location and accessories. Click Add to Cart. Click View Cart & Checkout.
  5. You may enter a Promo Code. Click Proceed to Checkout.
  6. Review Shipping & Billing Information and view Order Summary. Edit or change shipping, billing and order information, if necessary. If you have a specific need-by date, enter it in the “In Hand Date” box. Type any order comments in the Comments box.
  7. Payment and Final Order Review. Last chance to edit order, if necessary. Click Place order.
  8. Confirmation page will appear with your order number. Upload Files from Confirmation page. If you are not ready to upload files, you may do so at a later time. Please see below.

Upload Art File(s)

  1. Download Template for the display purchased.
  2. There are two ways to upload an art file.
    • If the artwork file is ready at the time of purchase, click “Upload Files” from the Confirmation page.
    • Login to your account, click “Your Account” then hover over “Orders”, then click “Order History”. Locate Order Number on the left and click Manage Files to the right.
  3. Click “Choose Files or Drag and Drop” to upload a file or you may drag and drop the file here as well.
  4. After visually proofed by a graphic designer, your finished proof will be available to view via “Your Account” under Graphic(s) Pending Approval. Here, you will see the final digital version before going to print and any notes from the graphic designer. Click Approve to proceed with production and shipment.
