Custom Print Finishing Options

• Pole Pocket- The top and/or bottom of the banner is folded over and sewn, creating a pocket that accepts dowels. Standard pocket sizes 4.5" and 2.5"
• Hook & Loop- 1" or 2" hook or loop strips can be sewn to perimeter of graphic. 1" available in black and white. 2" available in white only
• Hem - Material is folded over 1/4" and double stitched with white thread

Submit Your Artwork

You can send us your print-ready artwork using any of these methods:

Option 1 (Recommended):
Upload your files through the Graphics Order section of My Account on our website.

Option 2:
Reply directly to your Order Confirmation email and attach your artwork files.

Option 3:
If your files exceed standard email attachment limits, upload them using a file-sharing service such as WeTransfer and send us the download link by replying to your order confirmation email.

Artwork Review & Proof Approval

Once we receive your artwork, our team will review your files and send you a digital proof for approval.

You can approve your proof by:

• Logging into My Account and approving it online, or
• Replying to the proof email (or your order confirmation email) with your written approval.

Production begins on the next business day after your proof is approved.
