Large Falcon®/Sunbird Flag - Spike Base (Stand Only)

Really like much about this new pole set, especially the lifetime warranty, but the ground spike as proven a bit short for our Florida sand and has a tendency to lay over in windy conditions, (could add about 6"). Also, the case for indoor transport is nice, but because they abuse them at UPS when transporting them, 2 of the last 4 we just ordered had rips in them from the pole spike shifting around in transport. Minor issues, but overall the quality is awesome and we highly recommend them.

This order was sent to us because it was NOT included in the original order. I do have to say, they did send it out the next day.

Warranty item. Great response to my problem!

I ordered 11 of these for a customer's grand opening. A few months of constant exposure later, four of them had broken in multiple places. That said, WS Display was quick to honor their lifetime warranty on the hardware, and sent replacements without much fuss or inconvenience.

These are very good poles, but the spikes could be a bit longer and the seal at the bottom of the spike doesn't stay on very well, allowing dirt into the bearing housing, causing premature wear. That being said, they have a lifetime warranty and WS Display is great about standing behind their warranty, so it is not much of an issue, just a minor inconvenience from time to time. The poles themselves last 4-5 years before needing to be replaced, and again, the warranty is everything. This company stands behind their products and not one customer that has ever switched to these flags are willing to ever use any other flag again, so they like them too. I will say that the pricing keeps moving up and some of my customers have stopped using flags because of it. All in all though, there is not a better flag or pole system on the market that I have seen, and I've seen many at the Sign shows and other places.

Stake or X-base, these are popular with our clients. The spike are great for those who have a grassy strip in front of their business, some of our trade show clients will have both depending on whether they're inside or outside.
