VAIL 60D Fabric Frame System

The VAIL-60D is a double-sided extrusion with a profile width of 60mm. This extrusion has a solid outside finish. VAIL-60D is best for standing independently since the profile width is just wide enough to provide ultimate stability. This extrusion works great overhead too because the thick profile width really stands out. When installing the fabric graphic, the keter can fit 12mm deep and 3mm wide into the keter trough. This extrusion is not compatible with lights (cannot be backlit).

Print Process: Full Color Dye Sublimation
Hardware Setup: To make one edge of the frame, take two cut VAIL-60D extrusions and, between, add Split Connector; tighten. Repeat this three times. Take two completed 10' edges and slide in Corner Connector; tighten. Repeat this three times. Connect VAIL-40C to the other; tighten. Vertically insert ends of completed VAIL-40C into top and bottom of the frame; tighten.
Upgrade to Replace: VAIL Toolless Corner Connector and VAIL Toolless Split Connector.
Graphic Installation: Transversely, push corners of graphic into the frame's recessed groove. Then, starting midway on the frame going toward the corners, continue pushing in the straight edges of the graphic on all four sides.
