Description
Vail-40S 7' x 10' Frame Only. With a solid outside finish unlike the ASPEN-40D, the VAIL-40S is a single-sided extrusion with a profile width of 40mm. The VAIL-40S is rigid because its backside has a longer metal edge for reinforcement, making it especially great for wall mounting and hanging overhead. Plus, it is lightweight; however, for widths longer than 4ft., it is not recommended to be used as a free-standing display without a support because of its thin profile width. Use fabric Silicone Edge Graphics (SEG) with this frame. When installing the fabric graphic, the keter can fit 12mm deep and 3mm wide into the keter trough. Not compatible with lights (cannot be backlit.)

Hardware Setup: To make one edge of the frame, take two cut VAIL-40S extrusions and, between, add Split Connector; tighten. Repeat this twice. Take one completed 10' edge and one 7' edge and slide in Corner Connector; tighten. Repeat this three times.
Upgrade to Replace: VAIL Toolless Corner Connector and VAIL Toolless Split Connector.
