PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

If you would like to request your order be split up and shipped to different addresses, you may utilize our Multi-Address Shipping Service free-of-charge up to 5 addresses. For the 6th address and up, we impose a fee of $3.00 per address.
Occasionally, as well, we get requests to add labels to individual boxes or to re-box packages into master boxes; in any request that requires extra labor, we reserve the right to charge labor at an hourly rate of $75/hour, which will be in the form of a written estimate.


Hardware Only Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a hardware product, please fill out our returns@wsdisplay.com within 30 calendar days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned in the original box, in unused condition we will exchange it, or offer you a refund, based on your original method of payment and your needs. The product must be returned to the warehouse at your digression within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. (all shipping fee's are non refundable) All products must include any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. We do not charge a restocking fee.


Returns Containing Printed Graphics

Printed graphics are non-refundable due to its custom nature with the media and labor required to produce. However the stock hardware portion of the display can be returned for a refund. Please call 800-640-9544 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 30 calendar days of the receipt of the product. If the hardware portion is returned in the original box, in unused condition we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment and your needs. The product must be returned to the warehouse within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. (all shipping fee's are non refundable) All products must include any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. We do not charge a restocking fee.


Order Corrections

If your order is incorrect or damaged in the initial shipping from us, to its original destination, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order, and at our discretion we will make the proper corrections for you.


For prompt care

Please email info@wsdisplay.com and inform us of your order number, issue, revised in hand date, and ship to address. Images of the issue are required for immediate consideration by management.


Warranty

Our commitment to quality is evident in the comprehensive warranty coverage for our premium products. The EZ Extend frame, EZ Tube frame, Fabric Pop Up frames, Slider frame, Lumiere frame, Silver Step Retractable Banner stands, Falcon Stand, and Wallbox frame are all supported by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. All other products and graphics are covered by a 1-year limited warranty, along with all other products. In the event of an incorrect or damaged order during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, and we will, at our discretion, promptly make the necessary arrangements to address any issues. It's essential to note that, while lifetime warranties offer extensive coverage, they generally exclude cosmetic damage such as scuffs, stains, scratches, and dents—considered normal wear and tear that doesn't affect the product's functionality. Furthermore, lifetime warranties specifically pertain to purchased products and not services. Be assured that we prioritize the longevity and functionality of our offerings to ensure your utmost satisfaction. If your order is incorrect or damaged in shipping please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and at our discretion we will make the proper arrangements.


Graphic Approval

Graphic orders will be scheduled to ship by Graphics Department and the order will be processed as ordered unless you notify us to any changes prior to ship date scheduled. Graphics must be pre-approved in writing via email or online through our QuickProof system before printing can take place. Any discrepancies or changes to your order should happen before the proofs are approved and sent to production. The order will not proceed with production until ALL files for ALL items have been approved. If you need the order split, please contact our customer service department for assistance. Please only approve of your graphic art when you are ready to commit to it's printing, as this approval is final, and not reversible. Approving your proof confirms you are aware of your image quality of the file(s) you have provided. Approval must be received by 4 PM PST for that business day to count or else approval date will be following business day.


Limitation of Liability

www.wsdisplay.com shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if www.wsdisplay.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. When placing an order with WS Display the customer agrees to the terms or our limited liability, and return and refund policies. WS Display's limit of liability is the purchase price of the stand or banner purchased. The customer agrees to hold WS Display harmless for any other costs other than those associated with the direct purchase price of the stand or banner purchased. WS Display does not refund shipping charges. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges of products. WS Display is not responsible for products damaged in shipping, mis or redirected products, or any other circumstances out of WS Display's control. A stand or banner may be either refunded or repaired at WS Display's discretion, if it is within the return policy time frame.

In no event shall www.wsdisplay.com's liability to Customer's for any claims under this Agreement exceed the amount paid by Customer to www.wsdisplay.com during the three (3) months preceding the occurrence of the event's giving rise to Customer's claim.

When it comes to shipping delays we follow UPS rules and Exclusions. We are unable to refund any delays due to the following below: Shipments that are delayed due to causes beyond UPS’s control including,but not limited to: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept Delivery of the Shipment, acts of God, natural disasters, war risks, acts of terrorism, acts of public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, acts or omissions of customs or similar authorities, authority of law, insufficient information provided by a customer, Hazardous Materials Packages improperly offered for transport, the application of security regulations imposed by the government, or other-wise applicable to the Shipment, riots, strikes or other labor disputes, civil,unrest, disruptions in national or local air or ground transportation networks (including, but not limited to, UPS’s transportation network), disruption or failure of communication and information systems, and adverse weather conditions.

International Shipments
For international shipments, the customer is responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, and other import-related costs. For shipments to Canada, as a wholesale supplier, WS Display requires the receiving business to maintain its own customs broker. WS Display may prepare CUSMA documentation for shipments to Canada or Puerto Rico; however, the customer remains responsible for providing any additional documentation required for customs clearance. For shipments outside the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico, the customer is responsible for arranging shipping and supplying all required international shipping and import documentation. WS Display is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, government agencies, brokerage processing, documentation issues, or the customer’s failure to make required payment or shipping arrangements.


Shipping/Address Change in Transit

Also, if a customer requests an address change while the package is in transit - at no fault of WS Display - then there will be a fee added at time of request.


Typographical Errors

In the event that a www.wsdisplay.com product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, www.wsdisplay.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. www.wsdisplay.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, www.wsdisplay.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

The customer also recognizes that because subject matter does not have to bear a copyright or © ® TM or SM notice in order to be protected by copyright law, absence of such notice does not necessarily assure a right to reproduce. The customer further warrants that no copyright notice has been removed from any material used in preparing the subject matter for reproduction. Term; Termination

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by www.wsdisplay.com without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Impersonation of others, including a www.wsdisplay.com or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. We do not typically sign signature requests for 3rd party agreements, or any type of indemnification agreements anytime before, or during the order process, including during production, in which customers will be responsible for any and all portions of your order that is already in production depending on order status.

In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, www.wsdisplay.com may link to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with www.wsdisplay.com, www.wsdisplay.com has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of www.wsdisplay.com. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, www.wsdisplay.com seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work).


Credit / Invoicing

Beginning April 1, 2010 all invoices that go beyond terms will accrue monthly finance charges assessed at an annualized rate of 20%. If an invoice goes 60 days beyond terms, it will be submitted to our collections department and the full 20% finance charge will be added to the entire invoice at that time
-A 50% deposit is required for orders over $10,000 before processing begins. The remaining balance will be due as per the agreed payment terms.
-Net 30 Terms Customers - for large orders, a 50% deposit is still required for the start of production, and a balance may be added to your account pending review of your account balance, to ensure orders will not push you over your limit.

Prior to accepting orders on WSDisplay, we require all customers to submit the following documents, which identifies your business as a reseller in the sign, graphics, or advertising industries.

Sales Tax Policy

WSDisplay complies with all applicable U.S. state and local sales tax laws. This is not a WSDisplay policy but a requirement under state tax regulations.


Collection of Sales Tax

WSDisplay is required to collect and remit sales tax in any state where we maintain nexus (a tax obligation based on physical presence, economic thresholds, or other state-defined rules). Sales tax will be charged on orders shipping to nexus states unless the customer provides a valid, state-issued resale or exemption certificate that WSDisplay accepts under applicable law. Some states accept out-of-state resale certificates, while others require an in-state certificate.


Drop Shipments

WSDisplay frequently fulfills orders through drop shipping directly to our customers’ customers. For sales tax purposes, WSDisplay is considered the seller of record. Therefore, any resale or exemption certificate must be issued to WSDisplay and valid for the ship-to state. A resale certificate issued only in the name of our customer (and not listing WSDisplay as the seller) is generally not valid for exemption. If a valid resale certificate for the ship-to state is not provided, WSDisplay is required to collect and remit sales tax on the order.


Customer-Arranged Shipping (Labels or Carriers)

If the customer provides a shipping label, account number, or arranges pickup by a third-party carrier (including LTL), the taxable jurisdiction will be determined by the final delivery address. The fact that freight is arranged or paid by the customer does not change the taxable ship-to state. If the order is delivered into a state where WSDisplay has nexus, a valid resale certificate for that state must be submitted; otherwise, WSDisplay is required to collect and remit sales tax.


Customer Pick-Up at Warehouse

If the customer (or their employee) picks up directly from our California or Pennsylvania warehouses, the transaction is considered a sale in that state. California sales tax will apply unless a valid California resale certificate is provided, and Pennsylvania sales tax will apply unless a valid Pennsylvania resale certificate is provided.


Submission of Resale Certificates

Customers must provide resale or exemption certificates that are current, valid, and applicable to the ship-to state. Certificates should be submitted at the time of order placement, or within a reasonable time thereafter. If a valid certificate is not submitted within a reasonable timeframe, WSDisplay has no obligation to refund sales tax already collected and remitted. In such cases, customers must request reimbursement directly from the corresponding state taxing authority.


Special Notes

A 0.5% general excise tax will be collected on all orders shipped to Hawaii. For shipments to Indian Country, a statement of delivery is required.


Compliance Statement

WSDisplay does not waive sales tax obligations. Any past exceptions do not establish precedent. All sales are processed in compliance with current state and local regulations.



Cash Refund Policy

If you have a cash refund this will be issued back in the same manner of payment as we received. For example, if you paid with your credit card we will refund the same credit card, if this option is not available we will be issuing a check.


Store Credit

Store credits will expire 120 days after the issue date and have no cash value and do not qualify for a cash refund. Store credits are to be used for the purchase of additional items on our website.


Third Party Agreements

We do not typically sign, signature requests for third party agreements, of any type, before, during, or after the order process. Customers will be responsible for any and all portions of their order that is already in production.
