Hard Copy Proof

A hard copy proof is a physical sample of your graphic, printed on the selected material to demonstrate color accuracy, print quality, and finish. It may be a reduced-scale version of your design or a cropped section printed at full size. This proof allows you to review and confirm the material and visual appearance before proceeding with your full production order.

Important Notes

• For large-quantity orders, a different process applies. Please contact our Business Development Team if you need a hard copy proof for a high-volume order.
• We recommend producing your proof at the same production facility where your full order will be printed. If you already know your preferred location, please specify it in the order notes or contact Customer Service after placing your order.
• Standard proof size: 14.5"W × 42"H (approximately 4 sq. ft.). Custom sizes may be available upon request.

Production Time

Hard copy proofs typically ship within 1–2 business days. However, turnaround times may vary depending on order details, quantity, and current production workload.
